5 hours ..

is how long I was in the kitchen this morning/afternoon. Granted, I multitask like there's no tomorrow, but yeah! It was much longer than I like to spend standing at the counter, but probably well worth it.

I did a little chopping ..


A little cooking (pasta salad w/ baby bellas, onions, celery & crawfish tails!) ..


& then lots of chopping ..


& then lastly . . MORE CHOPPING.

^^^ That is more onions, which I froze. So now I invested a chunk of one day into . . well, chopping. But I have cut my 'cooking' time throughout the week, yey! I think from now on, I am going to try and do this as I bring home veggies so it doesn't seem like such a huge chore.
